RECAP OF THE EMPLOYEE’S MAIN MISSION
To preserve loyalty and attract new clients, contract manager senior ensures a high level of quality in the management of the portfolio. In relationship with legal services, commercial and financial departments, he intervenes at any time, from the contract conclusion and ensures the management of the contract till its closing. He is focalized on the improvement of the service quality and on the data processing reduction.
KEY REFERENCES
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION
Higher education + 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance sphere (preferably as a contract manager).
Advanced user of MS Office.
Ability to work on own initiative and accuracy to tight deadlines.
Strong communicative and organizational skills.
Good English skills
ACTIVITIES
- Organize the tasks processing assigned by the head of department.
- Handle all operations related to the entire cycle of an insurance contract (subscription,
premiums reconciliation, updating and claims).
- Participate to monthly accounting closing, collaborate with accounting in checking potential discrepancies
- Produce production reports and provide with statistics figures
- Manage the relationship with our agents, prepare monthly service acts and monitor commission’s settlement.
- Draft management correspondence from or not standard letters
- Draw-up, update contract management procedures
- Participate as end-user to the applications implementation/improvement (formalize change request and proceed user tests)
Expected outcomes:
- Ensure the compliance with quality standards and deadlines for contract data processing
- Contribute to preserve and improve the quality of the customer service.
- Participate to the definition of organizational procedures
